#I like that the ladies wield that power in different ways #and their power is different—like physical emotional intellectual power #and that women who have one are not limited to just that

Because you know despite everything, there are times in which you can just tell Henry takes so much after his mom that it is painful to see how apart from each other they are right now :/
Ha I have always said this. I could totally buy Regina and Henry playing “real” (i use sarcastic quotations marks) because they are so alike sometimes. Both in looks and mannerisms. I think Lana and Jared’s awesome off-screen relationship has a lot to do with it.
I agree wholeheartedly. Their similarities go beyond just physical looks- they extend to personality traits and mannerisms especially. Sometimes I’ll be watching a scene with Henry and he’ll pull off this expression that is just so utterly Regina. And where do you think he got the sass from? Yup, from his mama. He can dish it out just as well as she can. That line about the pizza (“and it doesn’t lie”) is not something most eleven year olds would say. Kids that age aren’t usually so clever, yet here we are. It reminded me of a line Regina told Emma in 1x08 (“you didn’t want him to know you cut his cord with a shiv?”) Both are so damn sarcastic. And then there’s the dynamite…
I guess we could say he also inherited her tendency to be a little over-dramatic.
